I doubt it. Nool doesn't have the time necessary to post as much as he does and she does. Both are far too active.

The reality seems to be the cliche, which is an autistic shutin got titty pics and money from a girl and is now willing to let her do whatever as long as the river keeps flowing and it doesn't directly effect his other goals.
