I used to work in the media and was told by the director to only focus on the non-Asian ones who were seemingly first time tourists, which confused me at the time because most tourists to Japan (73%) are coming from East Asian countries.

There's an interesting subtlety to this because as much as I respect Japanese culture and support Japan for the Japanese, this nationalism can hybridise with anti-white, pro-brown sentiment in a way that has nothing to do with actual nationalism and is mostly just about hating white people. There's an inclination to let aggressive chinese or feral blacks get away with everything, because it's too awkward to confront them about stuff, then project all their frustrations onto the nearest white person for the slightest infraction, because they stand out more and are perceived as easier marks. At the same time that their country is on course to be flooded with Indians, Chinese, Viets, Koreans, Filipinos and whatever else, everyone's being encouraged to point and seethe at the goofy white people posing for pictures.

The recent example of a Kyoto woman bitching at a white guy for ringing a temple bell too hard, followed up by Japanese being encouraged to doxx him on social media, was all instigated by a woke bitch who loves black tourists and just wanted to pick a fight with a white guy. In the current climate, I will stick up for white people the world over, because the anti-white agenda is also global. Remember the only person who ever laid out Johnny Somali in Japan was a white man.
