Now for a extremely lenient sentence to prove that no one's "above the law" and then forget every other illegal thing he's done.
The judge may pleasantly surprise us. She's the reason the sweetheart plea deal they tried to cut him before blew up.
Maybe she's just a fair judge, not an anti-Biden judge.
Besides, there are some questions about the constitutionality of this.
