This person is Sara Milliken who did, indeed, win "National American Miss Alabama" which is some rival organization that operates in 5 states. https://www.namstatepageant.com

This org doesn't even seem to list pageant winners on their site? At least I didn't see any. So clown world yes, but not QUITE as insane clown world.
