I mean, Graham's a piece of shit, but he's right. The gun shit shouldn't even be a crime (shall not be infringed), but tax evasion (while usually based, should be called out severely if you're a political family.) If anything, I'd criticize Graham for not going after the blatant political corruption; that puts both the gun and taxes charges to shame, and is the real dangerous crime of Hunter's.
While you could argue he should be held accountable under existing laws for the guns, drugs, and taxes, they're really not a big deal. The corruption is though.
Honestly, the whole 'charge hunter with the very least of his degenerate, perverted, and corrupt crimes,' so the media can proclaim how fair and balanced everyone is, and how no one is above the law, is a massive fucking L for the Republicans. I'd rather Hunter not be charged at all, than on this bullshit. It just gives them more ammo to go one of two directions; political persecution (the irony, but they run the media and libs will lap it up), or use it to justify and validate the prosecution of Donald Trump.
I despise Lindsey Graham, but he's right on this one; nothing good comes from this.
I disagree. It's the closest thing we have to giving the left a taste of their own medicine. You're right that the gun shit shouldn't be a crime, but as long as it is we shouldn't hesitate to use it as a bludgeon against our enemies, just like they're inventing crimes to go after Trump in New York. This shit won't end until we turn the left's tactics back on them.
multiplied a thousandfold until they're on their knees, in tears, begging for mercy.
