I don't think calling someone a redneck is a rule violation. It's not about calling someone a slur that violates Rule 16. It's about what they are asserting. And unless he's asserting that there is some sort of white racial conspiracy to keep him down, or that whites are inherently inferior, it doesn't cross that mark.
Then there's the question, "is Shlomo more offensive than Redneck" and it seems like in the Anglosphere context they would be about the same, so even as slurs against users, it doesn't seem like it warrants a removal.
