Wish we could do pure reciprocity but the legal process is against us. It’s either left leaning law or law abiding. Law abiding and we have a chance of winning. Left leaning and there is 0 chance of winning. If Grummz doxxes him back, he will have a lawsuit that heavily leans against him.
In this case, let the dumbass sue Grummz. Legally, Grummz can counter-sue as Nick will need to be legally present.
Part of what makes SJWs so incredibly obnoxious is the more public facing ringleaders know to say "nooooo, don't do violence on them, that would be awful" with a big fat unspoken "(p.s. this means do violence on them)". The delivery is barely believable but it's plausible deniability enough to keep them out of hot water more often than it should do.
As long as Grummz only says that publicly and doesn't make any specific actions to stop it, than I still consider that part of a fair turnabout.
Grummz does good work at collecting and putting a spotlight on industry leaks with specifics about the shitty DIE pushing in current big gaming projects. He's regularly airing their dirty laundry and shitting up their PR enough that even normies start to notice occasionally.
It's a task he's particularly well suited for because of his industry connections, a reliable reputation and what appears to be an unshakable devotion T&A in videogame character design and staunch opposition to those who would remove it. Him giving a slam dunk ToS violation that gets his reach squashed is just wasting a good resource.
In general I agree that more people should be advocating for abandoning pointless pussy passivity in the name of "civility" and striking back. But always doing the opposite of your enemy is still just letting your enemy dictate your moves. You've got to be pragmatic about it and let people play to their strengths. Not everyone has to be a shock trooper, and grummz is in a good, albeit tenuous, position to do good intel and counter PR and I think it's an overall positive if he's smart about holding onto that position.
just for legal purposes, he can't just tell the viewers to dox the other guy, regardless of how he feels personally
