Yes, completely mask off.

we do not tolerate anti-social behaviour or behaviour that is disrespectful to women.

I always think it's funny how they need to specify the target of the bad behavior, like that should matter. They really couldn't have just said, "we don't tolerate disrespectful behaviour against anyone"?
