I'm still not sure what I shared that could "Incite others to harass specific persons related to the Developer or Publisher" as what I shared is from within the game itself but I don't think that conventional methods of utilising space they control will be providing any answers soon based on their lack of transparency and accountability on this matter and so I leave it here to find its way into the ether.
But hey, it's their game and their reputation that goes along with it. If this were a restaurant and someone mentioned asking if a particular element was in a dish as it might affect their choosing to buy it they'd know that there are laws to prevent that person from consuming something that they didn't disclose - particular when the person asked about a specific ingredient.
If they choose to think that they know better than allergies, dietary needs, religious reasons or just plain being open and honest - then good for them. Their colonisation of an ideas marketplace they haven't earned trust in just got noticed.

It is mostly about them trying to form their own counter narrative in order to engage their shills and loyalist in order form enough of argument that their action is good and yours is not. See the common theme of if they say it is a good thing, if you mention it it is a bad thing, they want to have grip over the narrative, which is if even a outsider without any politics at all mention something then it is large chance that the spin would go out of control which could lead to actions against them, which possibly could involve "harassment".
Somebody might want to point out to them that all the liberties that they take for granted in [Current Year] is because people fought and died against other people trying to control similar narratives which would have prevented them from either being born, or doing the jobs and thinking the way that they can today.
If they think that they are the harbingers of "This time it'll work" then all of the death, destruction and damage which comes from it will not allow them their mortgage version of the Nuremburg Defence when it has been highlighted on every occasion (For over a decade in gaming alone) that mistakes have been made by 'their side'.
I got a warning for mentioning what was in the end credits of the game and how that was all that the customer base was asking on the boards during the censorship and bans period which brought more attention to the issue.
