He was (rightfully) criticizing Dom. Dom did some mindreading janny bullshit and accused him of insanity and genocide, like an absolute lunatic. And it's not the first time he's taken the most extreme, nonsensical, and downright absurd reading of things to ban people, or otherwise just act a fool.
Maybe that guy's a socialist, maybe he's not. Maybe he wants Dom and his family dead, maybe he doesn't. But it's certainly not what he was saying. There's zero evidence, zero, that that poster wants to murder Dom and his family, and that he'd be gleeful about it.

If that user isn't one of those, then sure Dom was being unreasonable.
