Eh, thats too cruel. I would sentence him to a few weeks in prison, plant a bomb in his body during a 'routine taxpayer-funded medical exam to detect and prevent police brutality', then release him after helping him organize a 'get out of jail party with his fans'... then flip the switch once the party really gets rolling.
