Biden has NO FUCKING CLUE about how any other culture apart from Western operate because he has never worked in anything but as a government shill.

Trump DOES understand this as he has done deals in different countries for decades so made progress in Asia, the Middle East and Eastern Europe. Biden's a waste of skin and Japan should ignore the invalid.

You assume that Biden has any clue about what planet he lives on. Nothing that man "says" was an original thought of his own (except for the things that show that he's a senile pedophile of course). All of his presidential statements are written by his cabinet.
