Uh, what? I don't want to be the person that squawks about a source, but that sounds really far out there.

Hearing about them eating dogs (and they have a lot of dogs) would be just as crazy to me if Italy were eating dogs. Maybe it was a PSA for the native tribes that still live there or something?
