I believe you're confusing real courts with the Human Rights Commissions- these are quasi-judicial kangaroo courts where a gov bureaucrat (who needs 0 experience in law) decides if you're complaint that your human rights were violated then that bureaucrat acts as judge/jury/executioner.
This was a real court- Canada just has very lax defamation laws compared to the US where you need to prove actual damages.
Ok. A minor error but the results is the same. Government is set up to silence thought. And Mark Stein now lives in the US because of it.
