Doesn't mean anything here any more. If anything, it'd be October 17 if anyone felt the need to celebrate.
But it's not like anyone celebrates "End of Alcohol Prohibition" day, either.
It's a big deal in Germany and they are all over the web celebrating their diversity and success stories for importing unqualified, no background check migrants and their recent legalisation of marijuana - this is the only occasion where this type of meme could affect people's considerations of why they label and dismiss things to easily.
It's a simple reverse-Uno if it works.
