Google and all recent media refuse to elaborate if Naomi Watts has sons nor assigning pronouns, they explicitly always call him "Kai" every single time. Fuck these cocksuckers.

Wikipedia personal section still says she has two sons.

I guess Naomi Watts is waiting for him to turn 18 before announcing his "transition" and then every single media and Google will in lockstep start calling him "daughter" and "she".
