Incredible fresco of Helen of Troy is uncovered at Pompeii

Archeologists uncovered the remarkably preserved 'fresco' painting on a wall at a former private residence along Via di Nola, one of Pompeii's longest streets.

Was that in doubt? I know you have the morons that will claim everyone was black but did any serious researcher say she wasn’t white? Granted even the “serious researchers” are crazy now

Not quite what you're talking but still in the neighborhood of Greco-Roman history is the whole Septimius Severus thing and and the black Romans stuff the BBC was pushing a few years ago

So I guess in other words just give it time and we'll see an argument for Helen being black or brown or whatever
