Alexandre de Moreas looks and acts like a comic book villain.

But we should be thankful for him. He's teaching us that what the CIA/imperial version of "democracy" means: one guy censoring any dissent, keeping his censorship orders secret and threatening both Musk and Twitter employees in Brazil with arrest if they do not comply with his edicts.
