Anyone noticed this, all the big corps putting forced arbitration back into their terms-of-service? Roku most notoriously, but they all seem to be bringing it back? Discord the other day, some other corp I cant remember the week before...
What's up with that? I think it's related to them all being scared away from it by the owen benjamin lawsuit, but when the Californian courts scuppered that (you can be right morally and legally, but if you aren't politically, go fuck yourself), they want to bring it back.
And did anyone have a Roku tv with that forced message?

The threat of discovery, i forgot about that, yeah that's worth paying to avoid if you've got something to hide, as they surely do.
And I'm sure the arbitrators have changed the fee schedules in the meantime anyway
