I know averages are hard concept to grasp but if you can manage, on average white people will favor non-whites in the workplace. Fact proven not just by that study but by several experiments where race blind admissions led to less black people getting hired rather then more. Whites get screwed no matter what but they get screwed less if those that hire are white. That is not gaming the system.
that's it. 1 racist white person. can help out of upwards to 5-20 white people. 100 racist white people can help 500-1,000 white people, get into positions of power. if you view white privilege, and racism, as two separate things. than i'm refusing to acknowledge affirmative action or black privilege or even your stats. easy.
