Jews get a pussy pass to come and go as needed. Non-jews can be naturalized over time but they have to learn Hebrew and here's my favorite:

Naturalizing non-Jews are additionally required to renounce their previous nationalities, while Jewish immigrants are not subject to this requirement.

Considering how civilized Israel is compared to the surrounding wasteland, they should he allowed to do whatever they want. Given the baseless persecution Jews receive from christian Europe and its burgeoning far right ideologies, they need dual citizenship as an escape plan.
