It's not really a boycott list. It's just a list of games that SBI worked on. There is absolutely nothing stopping someone from using that same list to specifically buy those games.
Or not at all, it's up to them.
It's just giving people a more educated choice as to who worked on the game.
It's likely most people won't, knowing that they're growing fed up with giving money to people who actively hate you, and want you dead, and think it's funny.
