I'd like to think no one here is that stupid. I know we've got some autists and libertarians (but I repeat myself), but this is something else. As someone who's mostly a libertarian myself, we still have rules and laws. And people who aren't here legally don't get constitutional protections...you ideally get deported. If they want to keep and/or bear firearms, they can do so back in their country.
Unless we're actually torturing illegals we catch, or something, other legal questions should be put on hold until they're successfully deported. If you come into the country illegally, and get involved in any legal scenario, the first action is to rectify the illegal entrance. Everything else is moot.
The only good thing I will say about this is, hopefully it could be used to argue for more rights for, you know, actual citizens. But we all know that won't happen. Would be kind of funny if they ended up shooting themselves in the foot (pun intended), and accidentally did away with the entire concept of "prohibited person," though. Lawyers/judges have done stupider stuff.
So far its been blue on blue with this armed illegals.
