What I don't get is that these people who are far superior to and smarter than me and want to control the flow of information can't even write grammatically correct English.

Agree on policies? Agree to policies?

They want to be the arbiters of truth and they can't even use prepositions. Hell, this dolt probably thinks "preposition" is what you put on hemorrhoids.
