“I wonder if Toriyama was ever aware of the cataclysmic effect he had on multiple generations of young women by creating Vegeta.”

“Bulma, the spoiled and rich girl, said "I can fix it" and it happened.”
I almost fell out of my chair reading that last part, but I think the replies to the first tweet are pretty interesting, as most of the women I know who like DB really like Vegeta and Trunks, except for one who’s a Fat Buu stan, but those two comments had me gone.
I hate women more than anyone but how the hell is Bulma "spoiled?" I haven't watched a lot of DB/Z but she never struck me as spoiled. High maintenance and annoying? Sure, but she works hard and contributes to the team.
Bulma has a permanent blank check from Capsule Corp because of her dad and has her entitled moments, but she's also hyper smart and productive so it's kind of column A and column B
Bulma also canonically uses the Dragon Balls to wish for the results of cosmetic surgery and to de-age herself.
The reason she even collects the Dragon Balls at the start of DBS Broly is because she was about to wish to be a year younger (and explicitly does so to make sure her rich friends don’t embarrass her by asking her for her surgeon), and in Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, after Piccolo gets his potential unlocked by Shenron, she literally asks Shenron to give her a fatter ass.
Prior to that, Bulma was obsessed with hot guys in Dragon Ball, came to a battlefield with baby Trunks, uses her dad's money to solve all her problems and is a poster child for tsundere. Oh, and like all chicks obsessed with their looks she is incapable of keeping her place clean and incapable of cooking.
Bulma’s saving grace is that the series is literally impossible without her, as the series can’t exist without the Dragon Radar.
