Am I supposed to now comment something along the lines that a precedent for that legal defence has long been established and call for a nuremburg 2.0?

Nuremburg was a sham trial used to torture and kill innocent men and the precedents established were fucking retarded. Judge not by people's actions but by what they are. Most of us never had any choice in what we've done.
