Russian families must produce at least two children for the sake of the nation's ethnic survival, and three or more if it is to develop and thrive, President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday.

I've heard Russia has some of the worst child support laws in the world that unjustly favor the women. Why would men have children when women can just divorce them and then get child support payments?

All these conservative leaders are too tradcucked to seriously solve the demographics issue. Women's rights need to be removed.
