From here in the US it appears as if England is a lost cause, conquered by the neo-Marxist left, who have turned the island into a police state, with actual thought crime--people going to jail and being fined for offending some thin-skinned faction or other.

Seriously, I like to read comments from Englishmen who can give me an idea of what's going on there that might be more accurate than what I can infer from media.
