Anytime i bring up crime statistics in an argument with a black person , they always ALWAYS behave as if they don't know what PER CAPITA means .

I don't even know that it has to be 2. Just from experience I know when a conversation is gooooone and I'm not going to grasp any of it.

Some of it is subject matter, and some things really are "yeah I cant hold that many concepts at once"
