Zeihan is a smart dude, but he is so clouded by his political bias that I can no longer listen to him.
I tried reading "The End of the World is Just Beginning" and couldn't make it past the first chapter with how bad his writing style is.
If you just ignore anything that isn't objective data driven and bear in mind that he's a Progressive he's still useful.
Honestly, I think it is only really on politics that he is wrong. It is the economic stuff he is better at, and that is usually because he actually has raw data to back it up.
