Amazing.

With police being increasingly useless and in some cases harmful I won't be surprised of citizens start giving persistent miscreants the 3-S treatment.

So the Canuckian Police may get what they asked for. But not what they want.

I definitely agree with this assessment. The government can only abandon its duties for so long, before the citizens will start filling in for them.
