"Laurentian" refers to the Laurentian elite, which is the Canadian version of Oxbridge or the Ivy League. The elite universities (Toronto, Ottawa and McGill in Montreal) that churn out the majority of our political and media class, complete with all of the globalist politics and snobbery.
