I logged into M$ teams for work on a different computer. "Oh, where are all my teams/coworkers/chat channels?" Oh, this is "Personal Teams". But I didn't login to my personal account. I logged into fucking work's account. I don't want work's account peeking over into my private account. Capiche? Fuck. And FWIW I don't think it's work's intention to be attached to my personal account, either. M$ forced this.
