This comes on the heels of new footage corroborating that IDF Apache helicopters may have accidentally fired on Israeli soldiers and civilians, as the Hamas terrorists executing the Oct 7th attacks did not appear to have the capabilities to incinerate cars and structures, followed by admission by the Israeli government (The Cradle)

Destroying these cars will permanently destroy evidence that could allow a conclusive investigation to take place.

Possibly, it's hard to say with these types. Are they so fucking stupid that they think cars can't be lit on fire and therefore it's impossible for Hamas to have killed a single civilian despite openly celebrating and demonstrating the murder of civilians; or do they know it's a lie and support it.
It's, frankly, pretty similar to holocaust denial. For the most part, they just find whatever excuse they can, but if you were to press them on it, the truth is that they know it happened and think it was a good thing. Ye Olde: "The holocaust didn't happen but it should have" argument.
