Learned all this from my mom, who insisted on having natural births for me and all my siblings, not vaccinating us, having us birthed at home, and generally being a better mom. She read a lot of books on it, and how it affects both the mother and child. Really glad she did that, too, considering how corrupt modern medicine and society has become, especially with how antagonistic it's become against children, mothers, and tradition (if they're White).
