I didn't even know what she meant by that. I googled "wearing your pants backwards" and the results were 1. some modern fashion trend (definitely not among the geek crowd), 2. Kriss Kross, and 3. a ton of suspiciously promoted stories claiming Trump did or did not wear backwards trousers at some event.
