They seem to use it on every other posts. When they don’t use it, they replies are things like “I’m conservative, going to ban me?” or “Hope your con fails.” People are not letting it go.
It’s an interesting side effect that affects a lot of always online people. They want full agreement with what they say but never disagreement. I believe this mentality will all go away if down votes were added back or if the like and block buttons were removed.
I block anyone who uses the "who can reply" feature.

It's good to use it to make leftists quote tweet you when they're raging and bad to let leftists have access to features like that.
