Painting the opposition as inhuman monsters whose only desire is irrational genocide so that they're totally justified in killing them all and taking their stuff?

I mean, that's just basic propaganda. Older than civilization. It always ends up as the otherside is an inhuman monster, so there is glory and goodness in killing them, or a pathetic wretch, so there is no reason to defend such a sad creature.
It just shows how lacking in creativity there are. Because they are just using the most basic bitch methods as a caveman would.
Is this really true? What was the NatSoc propaganda? It seems to be: believe in your family/community, and that outsiders will never care for you as much as your Volk. That seems more 'true' than 'propaganda'.
