Looks like some high tech countries which allow free AI not in the EU/US will make a lot of money in the future. Certainly worth outsourcing then even for EU/US companies.

We saw it in tech. When the DMCA hit, literally all the encryption research with a damn (that is, actual encryption research, not how to bribe companies into installing backdoors) went to other countries.
