Seeing wasted food just pisses me off instinctually. Why all that salt? Why fuck up a beautiful natural cut of meat by injecting beef fat?

This goober and his food experiments are sometimes funny, but this one was just dumb.

Yeah, venison sausage or hamburger is too lean and honestly needs some pork or beef fat added to the mixer. But injecting fat into a steak is disgusting.
