Why is he so attached to land he just stole from another culture?

Haha if you read the article he himself is one of the gentrifiers. My man could’ve moved anywhere but this affluent (black) like tech blogger from Massachusetts just somehow ended up in this “black neighborhood” right around the time it was being gentrified.
