100% this. Banning something with 0 victims is retarded and on the same level as hate i.e. thought crimes. If you ban loli, you need to ban anime in it's entirety since there's no definitive line for age or sexual arousal.

Characters can look 4 or 40 depending entirely on context, drawing style or even viewer interpretation. A degenerate coomer can fap to any portrayal of a cute, underage character even with absolutely no sexual undertones.
