The NFL knows they are bleeding numbers from the male demographic after the Krapernick kneeling/ BLM stupidity, which is why they have for the past few years tried to push women in the forefront of football and get them as viewers. This is why we had the retarded Super Bowl commercial with the mexican flag football chick outrunning NFL pros, why magically women “assistant coaches” started popping up, and now why the corporate media and NFL are pushing “OMG Taylor swift and Travis Kelce!” With her being at the chiefs games plastered everywhere. This all screams hail corporate manipulation to get retarded “swifties” to suddenly start watching football.

Devil's advocate: NFL isn't paying but is capitalizing on it bigly. Taylor Swift is worth like half a billion dollars. I really don't picture her doing some stunt where she is shipped with a football man. If they can afford her I'd imagine they have her sing an opener for a night game program like Faith Hill used to, do ad spots or sing at the superbowl. But some publicity stunt of her riding the mustache? Nah, that's just a freebie.
Taylor swift’s entire income has come from two things 1. Constant media attention and 2. Having more exes than DiCaprio while pretending to be the girl next door. She will profit massively from this relationship, the breakup and ensuing drama. It would not surprise me at all if this is a Hollywood scripted relationship.
I don't disagree with you that it's good for both NFL and Taylor Swift (and Kelce if he's getting it I suppose) but I believe it's less planned than it's spontaneous thottery on the part of Ms. Swift that the NFL got to capitalize on.
If Hollywood scripted the relationship, the football man would've been black.
Swift wouldn’t be able to keep selling the girl next door image with a black nfl player, she would then be put up next to the kardashians, plus black people would wig out over a black nfl players dating a beanpole.
