I dont agree with your definition of National Socialism.
And black people caused trouble even in the earlier days. dont try to pretend they didnt, if they were good at creating and maintaining civilization they would have done it already but they arent because they are naturally disruptive against civilization. There's a reason why White people set up apartheids and separated themselves from blacks.
You are welcome to be wrong about National Socialism. National Socialism is Race Marxism, and it perpetuates all of the same tropes that were in German National Socialism, because the Black Nationalist movement was a Leftwing movement, lead by Communists and Socialists, while adopting and modifying the German Volkish movement for their own purposes. The idea of a specific race of people being descended from a hyperborean race of ultra-superiors that had all of the technological glory of Atlantis is reflected in both Aryanism and Yakub-nonsense.
And you're right, if they were any good at building civilizations, they would have, and they did. So that's sorted. If you want to complain about why they didn't with the speed that you think they should have; there are a litany of explanations for those as well, most involving geography, high protein cash crops, and tamable animals. Or, are we arguing that it's physically impossible for the Irish to form a civilization because the Celts "didn't form a civilization" in the manner you recognize in the time you've decided? We could do the same for the Anglos and declare them to be a lesser & trouble-causing people given the evidence provided to us by Caesar, and the fact that they had a rudimentary civilization until the 1300's while the Arabs and Chinese had far superior ones.
