Ugh, as someone who used to travel those people were the worst. I'm not even just talking about troublemakers but the trust fund dudebros who do the nightclub circuit in random countries to party and get laid. I'm not usually a class-conscious type but I noticed it's always the rich kids doing it - they're the ones with money to treat the entire globe as their playground. Andrew Tate must be their patron saint. The rest of us "working" tourists/students just want to blend in and learn the culture and language. You're trying to get some sleep at a backpackers hostel and some drunk American asshole and his orbiters are walking down the street at 2am yelling SHIT WHERES A FUCKING MCDONALDS.
Encountered some tourists in Japan who were disappointed that the food there wasn't more like their home country (same country I'm from). I really don't understand why they would think that Japan had similar food as their place of origin. I even miss the Japanese food so much that I am currently trying to recreate the curry that I had there (still no success in recreating it).
Freaking love Japan in how clean the cities are and how polite everyone is. Only downside was that August is way too hot and I should have went during spring as I couldn't visit a couple of things due to the heat
