America’s center-right judiciary (overall; definitely left-wing in some places) is all that’s going to keep us from collapsing in the same way, if we are indeed able to weather the cultural-Marxist storm. This decision makes no sense even in the stated context of progressivism, which is that minorities get unfair sentences; you correct something like that by ceasing to do that, not by letting modern minorities off with no punishment to “make up for” the past.
