Did she cave in the chest cavity of the attacker with an augur drill in her self-defense or something? How do you get wild blood spatter across your own face as a victim?
If I saw the picture in a vacuum, I'd assume she was an overwhelmingly victorious attacker, fresh from the fight: No rubbing away blood from agitated wounds, no rubbing away blood from agitation of not being used to being in a fight, no cleaning up of the wounds prior to taking photo ops, no bruising, the implied wound in on the skull but no eye problems. (EDIT: This is being generous about the whole "fresh bright blood despite time passing and looks like she's on five kinds of blood thinners" element)
You can google "UFC fighter bleeding", and get hundreds of images of UFC fighters with head wounds, male and female. They're wildly diverse in weight class, gender, age, hairline, race, etc... But the look of the blood is very similar in all of them.
