I would only push back slightly and ask what errors occured in firearms training. They are deliberately vague there and I'm curious why. Did she get chewed out for weapon malfunctions and needing to clear them? Did she flag the shit of somebody? Have a negligent discharge? No idea. They're being vague. "Errors during"!="failed twice". Not by a longshot.
