How does Zuck manage to fail when he’s been given a government sanctioned monopoly

FB peaked years ago. Now he has billions in cash and no clue what to do with them that multiplies their value in ROI. I can't imagine what one could do in the tech sector, either.

If it wasn't tech, one could always make a couple of precious metal mines around the world: that would certainly be profitable.
