Entitlement spending is the second best example (after prison populations) of the blatant hypocrisy of “Disparate Impact Theory”. Blacks have received wildly disparate benefit payments from the government, to the point where black citizens are net negative contributors to government revenue, and yet no one ever talks about “equalizing” that particular disparity.
